- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 green pepper, diced
- olive oil
- 1 large tomato (or 3 small)
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 1 small can of tomato sauce
- bay leaf
- chili (pepper) paste
Saute garlic, onions and green pepper until onions are cooked. Set aside
Season with salt while sauteing
Add salt, adobo, cumin, pepper, and sazon to ground beef.
Brown the meat
Mix in the sauteed veggies once browned.
Add the cut tomato, tomato sauce, and tomato paste and oregano
Simmer on med low heat for 20-25 minutes
